Our team's cumulative experience means that we've confronted nearly every problem. It also means that we're able to execute any idea no matter how large or difficult.

Our Story

We  started out as a few film heads at Ohio State. Film & video was always a hobby for us, but we never fathomed that we could do it for a living. Some shorts were made for fun here and there but it never amounted to anything too serious. At the end of our run, we decided to give it a real college try. For the next 8 months we labored over what we thought was going to be our last project. In 2019 we released our first (public) short film Secouer. To our surprise, we garnered some recognition and acclaim from festivals across the country. We were accepted into a  Sundance program, given a few grants, and suddenly we were compelled to continue working in film. When the pandemic hit, a handful of businesses reached out to us from word of mouth, asking us to make content for them on social media. It was an honor for us as artists to help businesses out during these times. We didn't know it, but this was the beginning of Cheap Films. Since then, we've had the pleasure of helping the smallest local coffee shops to large conglomerates like Kroger. The rest is history.
